Join us for an evening of ancestral honoring, heart-opening cacao, restorative yoga, and a soothing sound bath. We’ll begin with a candlelight cacao ritual , calling in the love and wisdom of our ancestors. Then sink into deeply restorative yoga poses supported by props, breath, and intention. Flowing into a sound bath of crystal bowls, gong, and chimes, you’ll be guided into timeless stillness where body, mind, and spirit can rest, release, and renew.
